Organize your week in 10 minutes

Brain-dump everything on your mind, then get it sorted into urgent / quick / wait, without a fancy app.

Brain-dump everything on your mind, then get it sorted into urgent / quick / wait, without a fancy app.

Why it matters

A messy to-do list steals energy. AI is good at sorting and time-boxing, while you stay in charge of what actually matters.

Do it now

  1. Set a 3-minute timer. Type every open loop into a notes app. Ugly is fine.
  2. Copy the prompt below, paste your dump into the brackets, and send it to any free AI chat.
  3. Edit the plan: delete anything that is not truly yours to do.
  4. Put the 3 big things for tomorrow somewhere you will see (calendar or sticky note).
  5. Tomorrow night, ask: "What slipped? Reschedule kindly."

Copy-and-paste prompt

Here is my messy brain dump for the week: """ [paste everything: work, home, errands, people to message] """ Sort into 3 lists: (1) Urgent this week, (2) Quick wins under 15 minutes, (3) Can wait. Give me a simple Mon–Fri plan with no more than 3 big things per day. Flag anything that looks like it needs a human (doctor, lawyer, money decision) instead of AI.

You decide. AI does not know your energy, kids' schedules or health. Do not let a tidy plan guilt you. For medical, legal or money decisions, talk to a qualified human.

You did it
